NOTICE OF ANNUAL PAROCHIAL CHURCH MEETING
The AGM will be held at Miraflores, Los Gallardos on the 9th April 2024 at 12.00
For election of parochial representatives of the laity as follows –
· 1 x Presidente Legal
· 1 x Secretary
· 1 x Treasurer
· 2 x Church Wardens
· 4 x Chaplaincy Council representatives

Annual General Meeting 2023
The Chaplaincy AGM was attended 27 people. It was lovely to see people from all 3 churches come together with the future of the Chaplaincy in mind. The meeting included the voting in of Janis Matheson as the new Chaplaincy Warden. Thanks were given to Pam Carter for her 10 years service in this role. Pam will continue as Presidente Legal and Mojacar's Church Rep.
Annual General Meeting 2022
The Chaplaincy AGM went well with 33 attending. Father Alan presided over proceeding which included officers reports for the past year and some discussion about the future. Most people stayed for lunch afterwards which added to the fellowship.
Annual General Meeting 2021
This 2021 AGM was held at Milaflores Restaurant on Monday 17th May 2021 at 12.00 a.m. and was attended by 27 people. The reports represent the shorter than usual time between AGM's with the the last being postponed until September 2020 due to the pandemic.
