The Chapel at Aljambra, to the north east of Albox, serves the surrounding area & the hill villages at the upper end of the Almanzora Valley.
The Chapel has a central/broad church tradition, with a service of Common Worship Eucharist being held on the second & last Thursdays of each month at 11.00am. (Watch out for 5 week months!)
That on the second Thursday receives food donations for the Albox poor whilst that on the last is followed by a social lunch provided by a member of the congregation on a rota basis with the occasional being ‘bring & share’ These lunches give the opportunity for far-flung members of the area to ‘chat’ together!
A service of Evensong (Book of Common Prayer) is held just once a month, on the second Sunday at 6.00pm. Refreshments are available after all services.
Should you wish to know more details please contact a member of the Worship Team on this website.
